Terry from the service department is a person you feel you can trust. With his friendly demeanour and above and beyond care he took of my daughter and I with regards to arraigning shuttle service and juice boxes for my daughter. I enjoyed my experience with the Robinson service department last week. From scheduling, being informed of the services needed to catching the shuttle bus both ways and in paying the invoice, all went very well and was timely. Especially appreciated was the fact that no one tried to up-sell beyond the immediate service needs that I outlined.

I thought Id let you know that I was completely satisfied with the service I received at Robinson Yesterday. It was my first time there and it was a very pleasant experience. I dealt with the service desk personnel, the mechanic, the cashier and the courtesy van driver, all obviously trained in customer relations. In addition, I had mis-diagnosed my brake problem and the mechanic recommended an alternative course of action that saved me wasted dollars.
I’ll be sure to recommend your dealership.
